Matlab(Matrix Laboratory) R2017a is a fourth generation numerical computing environment and computer programming language. Developed by The MathWorks. MathWorks itself is a private company engaged in the development of mathematical computing software. Matlab enables matrix manipulation, plotting functions and data, implementing algorithms, creating user interfaces, and interfacing with programs in other languages. Although only numerical in nature, a toolbox that uses the MuPAD symbolic engine, allows access to computer algebraic capabilities. An add-on package, Simulink, adds multi-domain graphics simulation and Model-Based Design for embedded and dynamic systems. Various functions and features that are owned by Matlab allow you to get a job done quickly. Various groups ranging from students, engineers, researchers and others use Matlab to help complete their work. In general, Matlab can be used for mathematical computational purposes, programming, data analysis, modeling, and others.
